1. The Promoter The promoter is Sunlight & Shelter Pty Ltd, ABN 35696446509, of 20 North Road Newport, contactable at brodie@sunlightandshelter.com.au ("we", "us", "Sunlight & Shelter").

2. The Promotion These terms cover two free prize draws run to mark the launch of Sunlight & Shelter (together, the "Promotion"):

• the Reno Regrets draw — for a $100 Bunnings gift card; and

• the Clarity Consultation draw — for one Clarity Consultation, valued at $1,200.

By entering either draw, you accept these terms.

3. Who can enter Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. The Promoter and its directors, employees and their immediate families may not enter.

4. When it runs Entries open 13 June 2026 and close 21 June 2026, 5pm AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

5. How to enter (it's free) Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

• Reno Regrets draw: submit a renovation regret via https://renoregrets.com.au/ during the Entry Period. You may remain anonymous by not including your name, but you must include your email address so we can contact you. One entry per person.

• Clarity Consultation draw: register for the virtual housewarming at https://sunlightandshelter.com.au/housewarming/ during the Entry Period. One entry per person.

6. The prizes

• Reno Regrets: one $100 Bunnings gift card, subject to Bunnings' own terms.

• Clarity Consultation: one Clarity Consultation with Sunlight & Shelter, valued at $1,200.
  A short, strategic session to help you understand your home and your options before committing to a larger design process.

  • 90-minute architect-led consultation (online or in person if arranged)

  • Review of your home, site and constraints

  • Discussion about how you live now and how you want to live

  • High-level advice on:

    • Layout potential

    • Sunlight and orientation

    • Privacy

    • Key priorities

  • Honest guidance on what’s worth doing (and what probably isn’t)

  • Written summary with practical next steps.
    
    It must be booked and used by 21 June 2027; it is for the winner's own home or project (or a nominee by arrangement); it is otherwise not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Total prize pool: $1,300. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless stated above.

7. How winners are chosen Each draw is a game of chance: every eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. Winners will be drawn at random on 21 June 2026 between 5-7pm AEST live during the Sun(set) Salon.

8. Notifying and claiming Winners will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the draw, and announced on @sunlightandshelter and via email newsletter. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, we may draw a replacement winner.

9. Your privacy We collect your details only to run the Promotion and contact winners, and we handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering, you consent to us using your details for that purpose. We will not publish your full name, street address or other identifying details — winners may be identified by first name and initial only.

10. Instagram / Meta This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility.

11. General Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the Promotion or a prize. We may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, and we will keep records of the draw. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
